My Story

Hi my name is Sam Smith. I received a physical fitness certificate at Berkshire Community College in 2008.

I am currently working in the office of Health and Human Services Aging and Disabillity Department in Rockville, MD.
I do there administrative work like filing, microsoft access, record keeping, mail room, and turning in record requests, and returning records.

I'm also working for Excel Youth Sports where I do sports training for little kids in sports like baseball, football, and soccer, and especially running.

I ran 2 Marine Corps Marathons going on number 3.

I play a lot of Kickball in two kickball leagues. I also play in a flag football league. I also play ice hockey for the Washington Ice Dogs.
